1.Once we got your payment, we will send an email to inform you and confirm sizes and
total amount for your orders.
2.We will arrange for your product and delivery it to you once confirms it.
3.Please keep in touch with us by email once you finished the payment.We will email the tracking
number of the express company to you as soon as possible when we get the tracking number.
4.Generally, after 2 days you can trace your package(s) when we send you tracking number.
5.It would take 7business days to receive your order. Please note that business days do not

EXCHANGE POLICY
Condition for exchange:
1. All exchanges must be addressed within 10 days of receiving products.
2. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects or it was under our mistake.
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective.
3. We will only accept returns or exchanges if we sent you incorrect products.
Condition for not exchange:
1. We will not accept returns or exchanges just because the customer decides they no longer
want a pair of shoes, or because the customer has picked the wrong shoes or because the

2. Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/
customer decides no longer wants.
3. We will not accept returns or exchanges if we sent you correct products.
